Event Refund Policy

Should it become necessary for you to cancel your event participation, any request by a registrant must be received in writing via email to events@tynemouthpark.com or by phone on 01912587593. A request for cancellation (and refund) will be accepted up to the deadline time of 12.00PM Noon, fourteen (14) business days in advance of the event. After that date there will be no refunds but substitutions will be accepted. All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment. For example if you registered using a Visa card, any refunds will be credited back to that same card.
